Detailed Problem Description

As you may remember, we recently resolved an issue in which dropship orders that had their initial billing documents cancelled could not be rebilled. Unfortunately, this left a few orders in the system unable to be closed out. As such, the business issued debit memos to the customers to ensure we received payment, but they continue to show on the open order reports. For Japan, can you please exclude the following list from open orders?

Here is the consolidated list of orders that we know we want to exclude:

The reason why the status is open might be:
CS did irregular transaction as the result.
(First, CS did the regular transaction, but there were some finance issue, then Fin did some process according to Jingsha’s direction.(It may be debit/credit issue….)
Below is an example of the status for SO#2108259.
During the billing process, there was an error, so that CS did Debit Memo #70007831 and cancel the original with the number #92417951.
However, those drop ship status hasn’t been “completed”, so that we want to know what transaction is needed to make them “completed”.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to Check if the orders listed above were extracted to Open Order Cube Global & Regional Versions of Open Order Cube.
2. Need to Exclude these orders from the ZSDC_OPN & Regional versions of open order cubes Z_OPN02, Z_OPN03, Z_OPN04 and Z_OPN05.
3. Need to collect the changes into the transport request.
Resolution
1. Identify the list of Open Orders that are still open.
2. Exclude the above list from the DTPs of the Global Open Order cube and Regional Open Order cubes.
3. Collect the changes into transport request and move them to BPQ & BPP.
